Contact Us
One email address, a two-working-day target, and an honest list of what we can and cannot do.
How to reach us
Email is the only channel we run: [email protected]. We have no phone line and no live chat, and we do not have accounts on messaging apps — anyone contacting you from one claiming to be us is not.
We aim to reply within two working days. Corrections to published figures are handled first, because a wrong number on a page about odds matters more than anything else we do.
What to include
A useful message has three things in it:
- The page you are writing about, ideally the URL.
- What specifically is wrong, unclear or missing.
- If you are reporting an incorrect figure, where the correct one comes from.
Never send us documents, card details or passwords. We have no use for them, no secure way to receive them, and no legitimate reason to ask. If any message claiming to be from us requests them, it is not from us — report it and delete it.
What we can help with
- Correcting a figure, a paytable value or a bonus term on any page here.
- Clarifying something about how Sweet Rush Bonanza works.
- Flagging an operator whose listing is out of date.
- Telling you which escalation route fits a problem you are having.
- Press, partnership and affiliate enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We are an information site with no relationship to your account. Writing to us about any of the following will only cost you time:
- Releasing a withheld or delayed withdrawal.
- Recovering a password or regaining access to an account.
- Reversing a bonus forfeiture or a voided win.
- Lifting a self-exclusion or a GamStop registration — nobody can do this.
- Anything requiring access to your balance, your documents or your bets.
All of these start with the operator. If the operator does not resolve it, our complaints procedure page sets out the ADR and Gambling Commission route.
If it is urgent
We are not an emergency service and we do not monitor email out of hours. If gambling has become a problem, these organisations are free, confidential and available now:
- National Gambling Helpline — 0808 8020 133, open 24 hours, run by GamCare.
- GamCare — one-to-one support, group sessions and a live chat service.
- BeGambleAware — self-assessment tools and a treatment directory.
- Gordon Moody — residential and intensive treatment programmes.
- GamStop — one free registration blocks every UKGC-licensed operator at once.
Our responsible gaming page explains what each of these does and when to use which.
What happens to your message
We keep correspondence only for as long as it takes to deal with it, plus a short period for reference. We do not add anyone to a mailing list from an enquiry and we do not pass messages to operators or advertisers. Full detail, including your rights under UK GDPR, is in our privacy policy.
